Things to know before class:

Please check each corresponding box to indicate you have read and understand class protocols and procedures.
Until the instructor gives permission for dogs to interact, all dogs must be kept a leash distance away from other dogs in class to avoid potential conflicts. When class begins your instructor will review appropriate dog greeting protocol. *

I will always wear closed toed shoes to class. It's preferable I wear pants. This is for my safety. *

If I bring someone else to class with me (spouse, significant other, roommate, friend) I will bring a lawn chair too. The more the merrier but they'll need a place to sit when they are not handling the dog. *

Rain protocol: In the event that it is raining when class is scheduled to begin, we will all wait in hopes that it will stop. If the rain has not stopped after 15 minutes we will re-do that class the following week in our regular time slot. In the event that class is cancelled because of bad weather, Applause Your Paws will call to notify you several hours before class. Otherwise, please arrive on time and ready to have fun. *

I agree that the success of any training program is based on owner compliance. Training is a process which takes time, patience and dedication. *

I agree that should I need to reschedule a lesson I will provide at least 24 hours notice to Applause Your Paws otherwise I will be billed for my missed lesson. *

I understand that once I begin class there are no refunds past the first day of class. If I wish to un-enroll in group training I must do after the first day of training. Refunds are provided for services not yet rendered. I will be charged for the first day of class should I wish to discontinue training. *
